The problem space

Lack of awareness about vocational studies (TVET)

Students weren't aware of what vocational education was about and what were the benefits to enrol in such programmes.

No unified sources of information to find vocational courses

There was no existing online solution where they could find all available course across all institutes. They often needed to search courses within each institutes' website one by one.

Identify challenges and opportunities

In 5 days, we ran a Google Design Sprint where we gathered with stakeholders to review students' journey to find and apply for a school. It was a great way to learn from the client and what they perceived the challenges to be but also to meet with the product team and understand how they work.
